Sun Elevation Angle for Indian Trail Weather
The sun's elevation angle is the angular height of the sun in the sky measured from the horizontal. The elevation is 0° at sunrise and sunset. It is 90° when the sun is directly overhead. This occurs only at the equator during the spring and fall equinoxes. The elevation angle varies throughout the day and is dependant on the latitude of a particular location as well as the day of the year.
