Details:
* WHAT...Wintry mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations range from a coating up to 2 inches, with 2 to 4
inches across the southern Adirondacks and in southern Vermont.
Ice accumulations of a coating up to two tenths of an inch of flat
ice. Wind gusts up to 30 to 40  mph.

* WHERE...Litchfield in northwestern Connecticut, western
Massachusetts, southern Vermont and the southern and western
Adirondacks, Lake George Saratoga Region, Mohawk and Schoharie
Valleys, the northern and eastern Catskills, the Greater Capital
Region, Helderbergs, Taconics and the mid Hudson Valley of eastern
New York.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing and drifting snow possible late
Thursday afternoon into Thursday evening.
