...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM EST THURSDAY FOR
EAST CENTRAL SCHENECTADY AND SOUTH CENTRAL SARATOGA COUNTIES...
At 456 AM EST, the Mohawk River water levels have risen several feet
due to an ice jam upstream that has been released.  Water levels at
the Rexford Bridge down to Vishers Ferry will continue to fluctuate
through the day as ice progresses down through the Mohawk River.
Some locations that will continue to experience flooding include...
Schenectady, Niskayuna, Alplaus, East Glenville, Aqueduct, Groom
Corners, Rexford, Glenridge, Hawthorne Hill and Vischer Ferry.

Information:
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles. Follow local law enforcement and
emergency management officials with any additional impacts to the
warning area.
Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM EST THURSDAY FOR
EAST CENTRAL SCHENECTADY COUNTY...
At 449 AM EST, local law enforcement reported flooding due to an ice
jam in the vicinity of Scotia near Freemans Bridge, Route 5, and the
Stockade neighborhood of Schenectady. Water levels have dropped this
morning. However, additional ice may result in additional water
level rises throughout the day.
